Apple Upcoming Products in 2011

As we all know Apple is a continuous and progressive hardware a well as software manufacturing firm which always provide up to date technology to its users. In view of this perspective the  reuters  from inside the computer and other technological hardware component producer community in Taiwan and China have told technology news channel Digitimes that Apple is going to revise its MacBook Pro and iMac models in the first half of 2011.
According to them this time Apple is coming more than innovation and technology. By now, Apple is thinking to bring the prices to a lower level comparing to the current prevailing prices. Also, they are planning to bring almost four upgraded Macbooj Pros, an iMac with a complete new panel size, all on the new prices. The upcoming notebooks are likely to come in a little bit different Chassis and possible with a brand new operating system.
Nowadays, Apple iMac desktop computers are available easily in the markets as 21.5 inch and 27 inch models and hopefully we can assume that the year 2011 could be the year of induction of a 23 inch computer to the apple family.Talking of apple’s phenomenal success of notebooks, Apple is anticipating showing a forty percent growth of its notebooks every year. This sale record can lead to grow 10 million units in the coming year.

Samsung WiFi Enabled Refrigerator

We’ve seen treadmills with Android tablets built-in and  portable Blu-Ray players designed for your cars but does technology really need to invade every aspect of modern life?  Apparently Samsung thinks so.  The company that’s famous (or infamous) for its cell phones is launching a new WiFi enabled refrigerator—yes, the kitchen fridge now gets the Internet—just in case your weren’t plugged in enough.
The new RF4289 features an 8 inch LCD touchscreen that lets users use apps like Pandora Internet radio, Twitter, and even Epicurious to enhance their kitchen experience.  You can also download recipes right to the fridge and even leave notes for friends and family so you don’t have to worry about cluttering up your stainless steel unit with horribly adorable magnets and post-its.
As of yet, there’s no word on any sort of controls or food-related wizardry on the little screen (other than the recipes of course) but this machine is in production right now and scheduled to land in Canada sometime this spring.
Pricing is still up in the air though, but it sure does put those refers with the TV in the door to shame.  Though I can foresee a future of greasy fingerprints all over that LCD.

Wireless Mouse for Computer – Logitech’s New M515 is Slick

This new wireless mouse from Logitech is really awesome for a simple reason—it has a sealed bottom.  That means you never have to worry about your track ball getting clogged with gunk or your optical sensor having its view blocked by lint balls from outer space.
In addition, it’s got a built-in hand detection sensor that lets this thing shut itself off (technically go into sleep mode) when you’re not touching it.  That means that a battery will last you up to two years because you won’t ever “forget” to shut it off.
It’s also got a pretty slick scroll wheel on top that’s billed as “hyper-fast” (whatever that means).  The little horizontal grooves are pretty cool too and give you that little bit of extra control that all PC users crave.  It functions on wireless USB technology and comes with its own cute little nub of a receiver so you don’t have to worry about Bluetooth connectivity.
This little rodent is going to hit the European market in April and make the jump across the pond sometime after that.  There’s no official word on pricing stateside but it should be under $80.00.
Specs aren’t yet available on the official Logitech website but keep an eye out.

Small Computer- Compulab’s fit-PC3 is Super Tiny and Fairly Powerful

If you’re looking for a tiny computer (I’m talking really small) or a media streaming device that has more brass than your average bargain basement desktop, Compulab has your back.  Their new fit-PC3 is a little black box (just 1 inch thick and 6 inches across) that’s jam-packed with goodies.
Maxed-out specs on this PC include an AMD G-Series T56N processor (that’s the dual 1.6GHz core model), a Radeon HD 6130 graphics processor, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and a hole big enough to fill with your favorite 2.5 inch hard drive.
The PC is so tiny that there isn’t even room enough for a fan inside but you don’t have to worry about overheating.  The system runs cool enough to disperse its own heat without mechanical intervention.  That means one less annoying whir to listen to while you’re concentrating intently on watching backlogged episodes of True Blood.
As far as ports go, there are 6, count them 6, USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI out, and dual eSATA slots for extra storage expansion.
This little device would make the perfect companion for you if you’ve got a streaming video fetish or just wanted to brag that your computer was the size of a paperback novel.
No word on pricing but if they broke the $800 mark for the maxed out version I’d be surprised.  Lower-end models should run in the $400 range.

Acer – One Netbook Upgraded: Aspire One 522

The Acer Aspire One is really the netbook that started it all.  Small, affordable, and powerful enough (though sometimes just barely) to get the job done, this series of little netbooks has really made portable computing a trend for the masses.  Acer has recently given their line a big boost in performance with the Acer Aspire One 522.  So what’s under the hood?
